answers 0:I'm 5ft 4in and my BMI reads about 16... I had a lot of downs in my life and between not wanting to eat and not being able to eat (braces, allergies) I just dropped the pounds and at first my family thought it was good for me and that I looked fitter or prettier. I really don't give much a c.rap about what I look like, as I don't date or want to, I want to pursue an athletic lifestyle, continuing my horseback riding and animal training sports as well as doing physical labor on my farm. I don't want to just start eating a bunch of fat sloppy stuff and get too much fat on me, but underweight I just don't have that much energy and it bothers me. I'm about 95 pounds at the moment. About two years ago before my depression, allergies, and dental appliances killed my eating habits I stayed around 105-110, but as my calo! rie intake went down and my activity increased from exercising every few days to every day, I dropped down as low as 88 pounds. I ate a bunch of fattening stuff to keep weight on me for one week, all it did was give me 0.5 pounds of MUSCLE, not fat (though I do want my muscles to develop), and I got a sugar headache because the stuff had a lot of sugar. So, should I just eat as much protein as I can and stop increasing my calorie intake when I get to 110?I'm a 17yo woman, btw. Probably work physically about 6 hours a day every day moderate, with intense bursts lasting up to an hour....Show moreanswers 1:* My waist circumference is 26 inches and my hips are almost 29 inches.answers 2:Yes I would increase your protein intake. But at the tiny weight your at, it would be good if you added in more calories also.
