lost and falsify certificate of employment?

Elaina Adolfson: No .. of course it's NOT OK to falsify the certificate.Tell whoever needs it that it will take a month for you get a copy.Just think of it as you would any other document ..Would you falsify your driving license or passport if you lost itwhile you waited for the replacement ?

Antwan Schrum: I don't even know what a certificate of employment is, nor what country or state requires them but I can tell you that if you falsify a certificate of employment you are committing fraud, subject to fines and jail time and it becomes a grounds for dismissal from the company you are working for.

Darren Heling: America does not have 'certificates' of employment. Potential employers, upon doing a background check, just call the former employer to see if you worked there or not.

Pei Heatherly: while its like this let say i am a member of some membership.. i lost my membership card... now if i make another membership card with not anyone knowing and use t! hat card than that means that if they background check me im still a member ryt? because there is still a record of data of that club ryt?... its like modification but ill still receive my new card after a month... and help me on how to replay on your answer cause im new here :D
