Building new has an advantage of starting with a "blank slate" and doing everything exactly the way you like. BUT ... te challenge of remodeling an existing home is a lot of fun. I have remolded three homes and each ended up different than I planned, but very nice to live in. The one I currently live in is almost 100 years old and has the charm of being old but has been updated with modern systems (electric, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, etc.) so it is comfortable to live in. Neither of these has any great advantage or disadvantage price wise since you can put into it whatever you want, such as choosing between plastic laminate or granite counter-tops, and these choices will make a big difference in the final cost....Show more

You are wearing out the fibers in the fabric so that they have fuzzies and then the water absorbs them and knots them and the dryer puts them into balls as it flops the clothes around. Check your clothes for wear and tear before you put it into the water and if they need attention fix them then first. Also wash those items on a more delicate cycle. That will help too.

Couvrir les lasagnes d’une pellicule plastique allant au congélateur. N’utilisez pas de papier d’aluminium, car cela pourrait altérer le goût de la lasagne. Couvrez-le de plusieurs couches de pellicule plastique pour le garder frais au congélateur. Vous voudrez peu! t-être enrouler le plastique autour de tout le plat, plutôt que de l’enrouler sur le dessus. De cette façon, vous pouvez vous assurer qu’il n’y a aucun espace dans l’emballage où l’air pourrait entrer et causer des brûlures de congélation.

Servez les lasagnes. Puisqu’il a été dans le congélateur pendant un certain temps, vous voudrez peut-être le rafraîchir en saupoudrant un peu de basilic ou d’origan émietté sur le dessus.

Décongelez-le toute la nuit. La veille du dîner, décongeler la lasagne toute la nuit. Si vous essayez de le faire cuire alors qu’il est encore partiellement congelé, il ne cuira pas uniformément et son goût et sa texture en seront affectés. Il sera également plus difficile de déterminer si c’est fait ou non. Vous pouvez décongeler toute la lasagne ou les portions au réfrigérateur pendant la nuit.

Porter les lasagnes Ã!   la température de la pièce. Si vous voulez congeler de la lasagne cuite au four, il est nécessaire de vous assurer qu’elle est entièrement refroidie avant de la congeler. Sinon, la texture du plat ne sera pas aussi agréable au moment de le manger. Après avoir préparé la lasagne, laissez-la refroidir pendant une heure. Vous pouvez aussi le mettre au réfrigérateur pour le réfrigérer. To be fair on these people, when you buy a bird, the person you're buying off you really do expect to be experienced & give good knowledgable advice. Pitty this doesn't alway happen.I also! find in a few forums many people get stuck in one old rut. They reasea! rch what is good knowledge & research & said to be so at the time but they don't keep up the research on a regular basis. Your own research needs to be kept upto date as it does continually change as experts learn more & more about specific species. I have noticed in a few places people give old advice that was apparently great advice then, but not so good now & this can become a big problem. Another little pet hate I have is many people talking 'general parrot' when it comes to certain care & you can't do that. Each species should be looked at indevidually with diet & care because they do differ a lot. I have actually noticed "experts" doing this quite often. These are the poeple that non experts look upto to the most for the right advice.Ok, final pet hate...(really really sorry, another "expert" quirk)....this comes from the non specific species again. Offering general parrot diets & not actually fully researching specific parrot species. There are a few out there that h! ave a very different diet requirements to 'general' parrots but I have noticed experts don't pick this up simply because they haven't worked with these specific species at all or rarely, so they get thrown in the general parrot catigory. This to me is dissapointing cos again everyone takes in experts advice.Anywho, you can't stop researching your parrot species, there's always a lot of new things you come across that you never knew. There is also a lot of things you need to dig deeper with to find out what's actually correct, or better suited to your parrot, ratehr than just doing what one book reads up on.I have a VERY old cockatoo book & I would never sell this book to the public, nor would I offer any of the advice in it now, it's appauling to read....What really bugs me is experts telling parrot owners to not research the net for their parrot info cos 99% of it is incorrect! This is far from the truth. Yep, there's some info out there that's complete BS, but sure isn't ! 99% of the net.
